Ford NGL U Circle for District Transformation Leaders
We’re bringing together district transformation leaders from across the Ford NGL Network to create a safe working space where participants will dig into relevant topics such as change management, distributed leadership, culture, sustainability, and succession planning. These facilitated experiences are specifically designed for your role to ensure you receive relevant professional support and develop a collective of go-to colleagues and friends.
Cultivate your experience.
With the launch of Ford NGL Circles we’re cultivating your experience further by teaming you with network colleagues who are in (or have worked in) a role similar to yours.
